To send and receive Gmail email with IncrediMail:

• Make sure POP access is turned on for your Gmail account.
• Select Tools | Accounts… from the menu in IncrediMail.
• Click Add.
• Make sure Let me configure settings myself is selected.
• Click Next >.
• Type your name under Your name is:.
• Enter your full Gmail address under Your email address:.
• Click Next >.
• Enter your entire Gmail address in the Username: field again.
• Type your Gmail password under Password:.
• Click Finish.
• Now click OK.
• Finally, click Close.

IncrediMail has set the appriate server names, ports and authentication methods automatically.
